A South Florida native, Dr. Jarrod Wilner, DC, has spent his academic career in the Sunshine State and dedicated his professional career to taking care of the chiropractic needs in his community. After attending the University of Florida, Dr. Wilner attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Jarrod Wilner, DC, was chosen for and participated in one of the pioneering classes of the Florida branch of Palmer Chiropractic, which is known for its academic excellence and its required participation in hands-on practical training through much of the program. Through this program, Dr. Jarrod Wilner was able to refine his diagnostic and therapeutic skills before he was awarded his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 2006.
Afterwards, Dr. Jarrod Wilner, DC, returned to south Florida to begin his professional career by helping patients in the community where he grew up. After gaining valuable practice experience, he established his own practice at Jarrod Wilner Chiropractic in 2008. At Jarrod Wilner Chiropractic, he personally evaluates and performs services for patients with auto accident injuries, sports injuries, neck pain, back pain, headaches, soft tissue & extremity injuries, as well as those who inquire about nutritional counseling and weight loss. He employs a compassionate and “hands on” approach to concentrate on the cause of a patient’s problem and apply the necessary therapies. He pays special attention for proper joint movement/stability/function, while including the soft tissue abnormalities and muscle weakness/imbalances that are often overlooked. Also, through knowledge gained from continued post-graduate education in sports chiropractic and strength & conditioning, he assists athletes to improve physical limitations that may hinder their biomechanics and performance.
